Our Addiscombe venue is in a room tucked away in a peaceful corner of the church outbuildings. Free parking available. Walk through the green gate at the back left of the car park, through the open fire door and the yoga room is the first on the left.

Prices

• Drop in £10 per session

• 4 weeks in Advance £32

Bring a mat and a blanket, along with any other equipment you would normally use.

(If you don't have any equipment, drop us an email and we'll bring you some to borrow!)

Suitable for all levels.
