Regarding our prices, what you see is what you get.  We always cost our activities based on 'what it actually costs' as opposed to some business models that hike up the prices first to then later appear to offer discounts far and wide.  As a 'not for profit' CIC, we have no need to make anything above and beyond what we have to pay our staff and to cover our costs, but this transparency does mean we are not able to offer any discounts on prices quoted.   

 

However, you can book us secure in the knowledge that we always provide high quality, well trained staff, and our reputation for facilitating great outdoor experiences is an excellent one!   Just check out our testimonials!

 

Holiday clubs and family events

 

We really want to make our work in nature as accessible to as many people as we can, so we're offering a 'tiered' pricing system that a few community based organisations use pretty successfully, and which hopefully might enable people who have small or no incomes to attend, whilst still covering our costs.   

 

We're offering three different prices for our holiday clubs and family sessions - one for unwaged, or very low income folk, one for waged folk, and a 'generosity' price for those who would like to cover the shortfall for someone attending who would otherwise not be able to afford to come.  We are also offering a couple of tickets on our Eventbrite bookings without the booking fee, for those who feel the additional booking fee is unaffordable.

 

There will be 2 x Unwaged spaces per session.  In order to share the love, there is a limit of 2 lower price spaces per person for the summer.  Just enquire when booking.  These spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

We really hope this makes the sessions more affordable and accessible for folk - particularly for those with more than one child. We are not aiming to make large amounts of money from any of our sessions, just cover what it costs us to be wherever we are, pay our staff a fair wage and cover resources and planning time so we can hopefully provide you all a great quality service.

Schools and groups

 

Prices for schools and community groups are bespoke, based on the requirements or each group and setting.  Each one is usually very different.  Please do get in touch for a quote - we are always happy to chat and to find out how best we can help you.

If you book something long term (over 6 months duration) with us, we will also go the extra mile to support you through the process of setting up the forest school or outdoor learning at no extra cost.  For ad hoc bookings, where no Forest School space exists, we would need to charge our consultancy fee for the time required to initially set up the Forest School space, risk assess it and get the right permissions.
