Our Purley venue is a pleasant carpeted space with plenty of natural light and ventilation, situated in Room 1 towards the back of the church building. There is pay parking in car park just next door to the church, or you could park at Tesco for free and walk over. Enter through the main doors, past the toilets and turn left at the end. Walk down the corridor to the end, and the yoga room is the last one on the left.
Happy Fridays 10am - 11pm
Slow flow with a focus on alignment and breath / body connection.

• Drop in £10 per session
• 4 weeks Advance £32
Bring a mat and a blanket, along with any other equipment you would normally use.
(If you don't have any equipment, drop us an email and we'll bring you some to borrow!)
